Acoustical Solutions, a national acoustical material supplier, is currently seeking a National Inside Sales Representative for its Richmond, Virginia location.
National Inside Sales Representatives build new relationships from incoming calls and emails, developing, proposing, closing, and supporting custom solutions for acoustical problems. Representatives are expected to maintain an advanced understanding of the company’s product lines, services, and processes. All account information such as quotes, communications, and follow-ups are stored in a CRM database.
Qualified candidates will have 3 or more years of solution-oriented selling experience; a basic to advanced understanding of audio, acoustical treatment and/or building construction; and excellent communication and organizational skills. Working familiarity with enterprise CRM systems and Microsoft Office Products is required. The ability to read construction documents and complete product takeoffs is a plus.
Compensation is performance based and includes guarantees, commissions and comprehensive employee benefit offerings, the latter including company funded health, dental and 401k matching contributions.
