Our AlphaSorb® Fabric Wrapped High Impact Acoustic Panel provides a durable, high-impact resistant, and tack-able surface. These panels are used in areas needing durable, abuse-resistant sound absorption or a tack-able surface. AlphaSorb® Fabric Wrapped High Impact Acoustic Wall Panels are constructed using a 6–7 PCF rigid fiberglass acoustical core laminated to 16–20 PCF high-impact underlayment. This core is then fabric wrapped for a pleasing appearance. For use in gymnasiums, multipurpose rooms, schools, offices, or any high-traffic areas requiring a durable or tack-able surface.

How do I get an estimate for my project?
Contact us and either call or email us with your request. If you need a quotation, please provide the following information:
1) A list of quantities & sizes required.
2) Fabric color selection, if known.
3) Edge design if other than square. Please also specify if you want them natural or resin hardened (provides edge protection).
4) Mounting hardware, impaling clips are included in the price. If using Z-clips, please specify the width and height of the panel. This is important for hardware orientation.
5) Shipping address (Let us know if this is a commercial or residential address).
How do I request a sample of this material?
Samples of our fabric wrapped acoustic clouds, standalone fabric swatches, or fabric swatch cards are available upon request and are free of charge. Contact us, call, or email us with your cloud sample request. You can also request fabric swatches and swatch cards separately from panel samples.
How is my order shipped?
Typically, each order is packed on a skid and shipped via LTL (less than truck load) freight truck. If your facility is unable to accept freight shipments, you may wish to consider ordering panel sizes that are 2′ x 4′ or smaller. Depending on the order size, these can often ship by a parcel service like UPS or FedEx. Available shipping options will be shown in the add-to-cart section of this page.
When requesting a quotation for panels, please let us know if the shipping location is commercial or residential and if you will need any special freight services like a lift gate or a delivery appointment.

Are these panels available from stock?
Fabric wrapped acoustic clouds are made to order with your choice of fabric, edge design, size, and mounting hardware. Typically, lead times can range between 2–4 weeks depending on current manufacturing loads. Because they are custom made, these panels are non-returnable.
How do I determine the quantity of material needed for my project?
Please contact us and provide us with your project details. We will need to know the type of application, room dimensions (Length x Width x Height), and some photos of the room.
