You may use a library of over 5 million available images from Pixabay; upload your own high-resolution photos, text, and logos; or acquire your own print-quality images from websites such as shutterstock.com, istockphoto.com, bigstockphoto.com, or Alamy.

Feel free to create custom sound-absorbing acoustic art panels for your media room or recording studio. Create inspirational posters or display your company's logo in offices and conference rooms. If you have a band or choral room, just upload images of your favorite composers. Image Copyright/Licensing

Only upload images for which you own the copyright or a license to reproduce. Generally speaking, trademarked logos, movie posters, album covers, and book covers may not be reprinted without an appropriate license from the trademark owner. Obtain a print license for each image before uploading any images of copyrighted works. We will ask for proof of licensure before printing. Consult copyrightlaws.com for a brief explanation of legally using images.

Image Specs

Submitted artwork should be high-resolution photos, or scalable vector-based graphics (logos, line art). Photos should be sized to the actual dimensions of the panel plus three to five inches extra (called "bleed") to cover the panel sides. In our art panel editor, the "bleed" area is shown in pink. Ideally, your image should fill this area. For example, if the finished size of the acoustic art panel is 24" x 48" x 1," the image size should be 27" x 51." This fully covers all sides of the panel even after the fabric shrinks slightly during the dye sublimation process.

If the supplied artwork does not include bleed, we will "mirror" the interior edges on all four sides. We do not add solid colors on the panel sides, as uneven fabric shrinkage can result in some solid color appearing on the panel face. Similarly, leaving the sides blank could result in gaps on the panel face near the edges.

Please consult the table below for correct image sizes. If your image does not meet these specs, please do not attempt to enlarge the image yourself. We will be happy to consult on the best way to proceed, so just give us a call at 1-800-782-5742 if you have questions!

Typical Acceptable File Types:

• High-Resolution Image: JPG, PNG, PDF (note: TIF files do not currently render as expected)
• Vector Art: PDF, AI, EPS (please convert type/fonts to outlines before loading)
• Image Size: Please see the chart below for minimum and recommended pixel dimensions. Files that are too large may not upload, so please call us if you are having trouble with the editor. We will contact you if there are issues with image resolution, quality, or licensing concerns.
