Yes, if you need panels in irregular shapes or sizes, we can almost always work with you to get your custom-designed panels manufactured. Sometimes custom orders take longer to manufacture depending on the project, so if you have a custom project, it's best to let us know as early as possible so we can make sure you have your panels when you need them.

Depending on your project needs, we can suggest a variety of products that may control the noise or improve the acoustics of your outdoor project.

Lead times for our products vary depending on the type of product and the payment method. Many of our products can be ordered and received within a single week. However, the majority of our products require a 2–3-week lead time prior to shipping. Also, orders paid by credit card or debit card are processed on the same business day, while orders paid by check are processed when the check clears (usually 4 days). We make every effort to ship your orders to you as soon as possible, but from time to time, some orders may require more than a 3-week lead time. When fabric is trimmed to size and shipped, it is wrapped around a long tube rather than folded, to avoid permanently creasing the fabric. Additionally, the manufacturer packs each SKU separately, meaning a few yards of fabric in one color will ship on one tube while a yard of another color will ship on its own tube, and so on. Each tube is roughly 70 inches long, with up to 60 yards of fabric on it, triggering an oversize surcharge of up to $28.50. This is in addition to other surcharges like residential delivery, fuel surcharges, etc., which can make shipping a yard of fabric cost over $80 to the West Coast and $50 to the East Coast! It is more economical to order several yards at once as the difference in shipping cost between one yard and ten yards is small.
