Installation Site Surveys

Our Installation Site Surveys help identify the root causes of noise and sound problems in your facility. An expert Acoustical Survey Consultant will travel to your location, perform sound level measurements, and assess acoustical issues such as reverberation, echo, and material needs.

Call us at 1-800-782-5742 or contact us through our web form to speak with a National Sales Consultant to review scope, budget, and acoustic goals. You’ll receive a quote for recommended services. If you jointly determine a site survey is required to provide a quote, we will quote services to you and give you the opportunity to place an order.
Schedule Your Site Visit
After placing your order, your survey consultant will contact you to select a convenient date.
On Site Measurements
Your consultant will measure sound levels, assess problem areas, and perform reverberation time testing if needed.
Site Survey & Quotation for Turnkey Solution
The survey consultant will complete a site survey that includes site dimensions and describes any issues associated with the site that might impact the quantity of acoustic material required and/or acoustic material layout. The National Sales consultant will then provide a quote identifying the quantity and price of the acoustic products and installation services required to solve your problem. This service ensures you receive an accurate quote for the correct materials and installation plan—saving both time and money.

Note: A product layout (not to scale) shows the placement of products on the wall or ceiling. We can provide detailed design drawings before order placement for an additional fee. This service is included at no charge when your order includes installation. The design fee is refundable if you order both products and installation from Acoustical Solutions.

Our Acoustical Consulting Site Visit Services help optimize the acoustic performance of your space. A trained consultant conducts in depth measurements, identifies problem areas, and provides clear recommendations backed by technical data.

What to Expect

Initial Project Review
Call us at 1-800-782-5742 or contact us through our web form to discuss your space. We will discuss your acoustic goals, timeline, and budget to determine what products and services are best suited for your needs. If you and our consultant determine that an on-site consultation is the best option, we will provide you with a quote for that service.
Scheduled Site Visit
Within 24 hours of order placement, your consultant will contact you to arrange the visit.
Acoustic Measurement & Evaluation
The consultant will tour the space, gather sound level data, perform RT60 analysis, and evaluate available space for treatment.
Solution Recommendations
You’ll review preliminary findings onsite with suggestions tailored to your project’s acoustic and aesthetic requirements.
Comprehensive Acoustic Report
Within 5 business days, you’ll receive a detailed report outlining: RT60; Clarity using C50, D50, and C80 measures, SPL data through graphs, waterfall charts, and spectrograms; coupled with brief explanations. There will be an opportunity to go over this report through email, phone, or video chat with your consultant. This report will be accompanied by a quote for materials and/or services needed to meet your goals.

This service is ideal for clients needing expert guidance before moving forward with acoustic treatment.

Acoustic Study (Advanced Acoustic Analysis)

For projects requiring deeper technical expertise, we offer Acoustical Study Site Visits—a higher tier service performed by degreed acousticians. This option includes advanced on site data collection and extensive off site analysis
