    2. Samples of the fabric wrapped acoustical wall panels are available upon request and are free of charge. Contact Us and either call or email us with your request.

  2. How is my order shipped?

    3. Typically, each order is packed on a skid and shipped via LTL (less than truck load) freight truck. If your facility is unable to accept freight shipments, you may wish to consider ordering panels sizes that are 2’x4′ or smaller. Depending on the order size, these can often ship by a parcel service like UPS or FedEx. When requesting a quotation for panels, please let us know if the shipping location is commercial or residential and if you will need any special freight services like lift gate or a delivery appointment.

  3. Are these panels available from stock?

    4. Fabric wrapped acoustical panels are made to order with your choice of fabric, edge design, size and mounting hardware.

  4. Are fabric wrapped panels available in custom sizes?

    5. Yes, of course! These fabric wrapped panels are available in custom sizes up to four foot by ten foot (4’x10′). They can be cut to fit angled ceilings or create custom designs. Additionally, a full selection of Guilford of Maine fabrics is available to accommodate any range of design requirements. Over the years, many other fabrics have been applied to our panels to satisfy construction project specifications by designers and architects. If your project scope requires something beyond that of a standard panel, we can custom tailor our acoustical panels to meet your needs.

Our AlphaSorb® Studio 54 Acoustic Panel reduces sound intensity and reverberation while providing an easily cleanable acoustical fabric finish. Available in a selection of muted metallic colors, these panels are ideal for restaurants, bars, nightclubs or high-end offices. Our AlphaSorb® Studio 54 Acoustic Panel offers a sleek appearance with the added advantage of quick and simple cleaning using a damp cloth. These panels are Class A fire-rated, offer exceptional acoustical performance, and are available through our website in standard sizes up to 4′ x 10′ in 1″ or 2″ thicknesses. For custom sizes, please call our sales team at 1-800-782-5742.

  • All of our AlphaSorb® Studio 54 acoustic panels are made to order and require some time to manufacture.
  • While we make every attempt to accurately display fabrics, colors may vary depending on your screen settings. Before ordering, you may request a fabric sample to ensure color and texture. Colors may vary between dye lots.
  • The fabric used is directional meaning it has visible pattern directionality. Fabric directionality must be considered when determining fabric wrapped acoustical product orientation to maintain a consistent pattern flow. If you need help with design and panel orientation, please call one of our sales consultants at 800-782-5742.
