The Issue

Michael Cone from Advanced Tubular Technologies contacted Acoustical Solutions to help with an echo issue in the office space where they speak with customers and create videos. The space had some reflective surfaces that were extending the reverberation time when speaking on the phone or to the video camera.

The Challenge

We needed to treat the echo/reverberation within the space to make Advanced Tubular’s customer experience more satisfying and use something that looked like it belonged in the space or added to the overall look.

The Result

With the installation of the Whisperwave Ceiling Clouds, the echo/noise level has been significantly reduced. Customer phone call interactions and videos have been enhanced since the acoustics within are treated.
