Maxxon® Commercial Skim Fill™ is a self-drying, polymer-modified cement patch designed to skim coat, smooth and fill imperfections in interior subfloors. Easily troweled, it can be installed as a true featheredge up to 1/2" (12 mm) and has no depth limitation in confined spaces. Fast-setting with exceptional bond strength, Maxxon® Commercial Skim Fill™ is ready for floor covering in as little as 30 minutes and bonds to all common substrates – providing a smooth surface for installation of demanding floor coverings. For most applications the use of a primer is not required.
