Product Description

Acousti-Mat® Tape is for taping the seams of and securing Acousti-Mat® Perimeter Isolation Strips to the Acousti-Mat® Floor Underlayment.

Acousti-Mat® Tape is heavy duty grade with a 50-micron, bi-axially oriented, cast polypropylene fill coated with a synthetic rubber resin adhesive. It is white and features the Acousti-Mat® logo.

  • Material: Polypropylene fill coated with a synthetic rubber resin adhesive
  • Thickness: 0.08 mm (3 mils)
  • Tensile Strength:
    • Longitudinal: 36 – 42 lbs. / in. width
    • Transverse: 74 lbs. / in. width
  • Elongation: 150%
  • Application Temperature Range: 35 degrees Fahrenheit to 110 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Service Temperature Range: 20 degrees Fahrenheit to 150 degrees Fahrenheit
