Energy Operations

Energy production and transportation facilities are operations that require pumps, blowers, generators and other equipment that are used to produce energy or transportation of energy products. Inside plant operations are subject to OSHA regulations requiring engineering solutions to reduce noise dosage to operators and employees.

There are several methods to help reduce noise levels in an energy operations plant that provide the required reduction in noise levels and adequate operator access to equipment. Acoustical panels and ceiling baffles can be used to reduce overall ambient noise levels throughout the plant. Acoustical blanket walls can be used to block equipment noise along work paths in the plant. Acoustical enclosures can be used to encapsulate noise from the point source for further noise level reductions.

Our acoustic designers can design for your needs taking into consideration: Fire rating requirements, anticipated noise level reduction, required access and airflow needs, budget and material durability requirements.
