Underneath the fabric of our panels is a high-density fiberglass acoustical core for maximum sound absorption. With a Class A fire rating, these panels will meet building code requirements for both public and private facilities. With each shipment, we include a complete set of wall-mount hardware for easy installation or removal. Our AlphaSorb^® High Impact Acoustic Panel utilize a 1/8″ molded fiberboard underlayment to provide durability, impact resistance, and tackability. Use this panel in high-traffic areas that require strong, abuse-resistant sound absorption or a tackable surface. These are ideal for gymnasiums, multipurpose rooms, schools, and offices. Need to block sound for a retro-fit project, try AlphaSorb^® Barrier Fabric Wrapped Wall Panels. These fabric wrapped barrier wall panels offer the sound absorption value of standard wall panels combined with the soundproofing capabilities of our AudioSeal^® Mass Loaded Vinyl (MLV) Soundproofing Barrier. This is achieved with the addition of the sound barrier septum between the two layers of fiberglass. To effectively block sound, panels must cover the wall from floor to ceiling. This will improve the acoustics within a room as well as provide speech privacy.
